Hello Milout, from you question it is not very clear what are the actions you are taking and what do you see on the screen and it is a little bit to give you any advise.
Can you tell me what operating system (Mac vs. Windows) and what browser (IE vs Chrome vs Firefox) do you use? Chrome dropped support for Silverlight a while ago and if you use Chrome you will not be able to use Silverlight. If you used Chrome and if you are on Windows you need to switch to Firefox or some the newer version of IE.
